All Backlogs
- Desktop, mobile and web
- All plans
What it does
One board with the tickets of every project of your account, whichever machine the project lives on. A ticket of a project that only exists on your other computer is visible here too, because tickets are stored on your account, not in the repository. It is a place to read and triage: each card shows its project (colour dot and name), type, title, tags and age, and the detail of a ticket lets you change its status or jump to the project's own board. Nothing is edited, created or started from here.
Where to find it
- Desktop: All projects in the header of any project board (tooltip "See the tickets of every project in one board"), next to Public backlog and Import tickets. It opens as All backlogs over the main window; Open in its own window detaches it. Opened from a project window, it opens directly in its own window.
- Phone: the Backlog tab of the bottom bar ("Every project, from any machine"). It took the place of the community chat tab, which now opens from a button in the header of the Projects screen and keeps its unread badge there.
How to use it
- Open it. The desktop shows columns (TODO, In Progress, Pending, In Review when a ticket is in it); Done is hidden until you switch on Show done. The phone shows a list with the status tabs of the project board.
- Narrow it down: the search field ("Search a ticket, project, tag or ID"), then the filters. Desktop: rows of Projects, types and Tags. Phone: one row of Project, Type and Tag menus, each listing its values with their ticket count. Several values in one filter mean "any of them", two filters combine. Clear filters resets them.
- Click a card to open its detail: full description, reporter, last update.
- Move to TODO, Pending or Done, or Open in project to land on that ticket inside its project's board, where you can start an agent on it.
The list refreshes by itself every 30 seconds on desktop and when the window comes back to the front; Refresh forces it.
Settings
None.
Agent tools (MCP)
None specific. Agents read and change tickets project by project with the backlog tools, see Backlog Task Board.
Providers
All providers, no difference: the view only reads tickets and starts no agent.
Mobile
Present, as the Backlog tab. It talks to your account directly, so it works even when no desktop is connected. Same filters, same statuses, same Move to and Open in project, a list per status instead of columns. The description is rendered as formatted text, like on desktop.
Limits
- Requires being signed in ("Sign in to see the backlog of all your projects, from any machine.").
- Read only: no editing, no ticket creation, no agent start. To start work, Open in project.
- Move to never offers In Progress (that means an agent starts, which only a machine holding the project can do) nor In Review (an agent's submission).
- A ticket that comes from a user through the public backlog cannot be moved from here: "This ticket comes from a user: change its status from the project board, which keeps the reporter informed."
- A project that is not on this machine: the ticket can be read, Open in project is not available ("This project is not on this machine. You can read the ticket here; open it on a machine that has the project to start an agent on it.").
- Done tickets older than 14 days are not loaded. At most 2000 tickets are loaded; beyond that a banner asks you to narrow the filters.
- Projects shared with you by another account are not included.
Common questions
- I have a project only on my PC. Can I see its tickets from my Mac? Yes, in All backlogs. You can read them and move them between TODO, Pending and Done; starting an agent needs the machine that has the project.
- Where did the chat tab go on my phone? The Backlog tab replaced it. The community chat opens from the button in the header of the Projects screen, with the same unread badge.
- Can I start a ticket from here? No. Open in project takes you to the ticket on its board, where Start task is.
- My idea box tickets show up too? Yes, under the "Idea box" label.
- Why can I not move a client's ticket? Its status is changed from the project board, which also notifies the reporter.
