This website only uses first-party cookies, set by agentsroom.dev itself. No advertising cookie, no third-party tracker: none of these cookies is read by anyone but us.
1. Cookies Used
Strictly necessary cookies: the session cookie (ar_session), which keeps you signed in, and the language preference cookies (NEXT_LOCALE on the website, ar_portal_lang on the public feedback boards). First-party measurement cookies, without any personal identifier and never shared with a third party: ar_vid stores a non-reversible visitor fingerprint so that, when we test two versions of a page, you keep seeing the same version from one page to the next; ar_utm is set only when you arrive through a tagged link (utm_source and utm_campaign parameters) and records which campaign brought you, so we can tell whether that campaign led to a download, an account or a subscription. Neither cookie contains your name, your email address or your IP address. Referral cookie: ar_ref is set only when you arrive through a referral link and stores the referrer's code, so the referral can be credited if you create an account. Internal testing: ar_vexp forces a page version for our own checks and is only set when the URL carries an explicit variant parameter. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies.
2. Retention Period
The session cookie expires after 24 hours. The language cookies are retained for 1 year. ar_vid is retained for 6 months, ar_ref for 90 days, ar_utm for 30 days and ar_vexp for 12 hours.
3. Consent
The session and language cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the service and do not require your consent (EU ePrivacy Directive). The measurement and referral cookies are first-party, contain no personal identifier, are never combined with other data and are never shared: they fall within the audience measurement exemption recognised by the French data protection authority (CNIL) and therefore do not require a consent banner either. This page lists them so you know exactly what is set and for how long.
4. Managing Cookies
You can configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Refusing the session cookie prevents you from staying signed in; refusing the other cookies has no effect on your use of the website.
