9. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

The Pro plan is billed monthly at €6.99. Renewal is automatic at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Account > Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you retain access to Pro features until that date. 14-day refund: you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason and without justification. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, and we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days of your request; your Pro access ends when the refund is issued. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this also covers your statutory right of withdrawal. After those 14 days, payments already made are not refunded, except in the event of a billing error on our part.
