2. Hosting
The website is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
3. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the AgentsRoom application and the agentsroom.dev website.
4. Access to the Service
Access to the service requires creating an account. Users must provide accurate information. The free plan is limited to 3 projects. The Pro plan is billed at $9.99/month.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and application (code, design, text, trademarks) is the property of Jean-Baptiste CHAUVIN. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
6. Liability
AgentsRoom is provided "as is". The publisher shall not be held liable for damages related to the use of the service, including actions performed by Claude agents on your projects.
7. Personal Data
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
The Pro plan is billed monthly at €9.99. Renewal is automatic at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Account > Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you retain access to Pro features until that date. Payments already made are non-refundable, except in the event of a billing error on our part.
