Adaptive Pricing

What it does
The Pro price can be lower in countries with a lower purchasing power. AgentsRoom groups countries into pricing zones; a zone can carry a percentage discount on the current Pro price, and the price you see on the pricing page and in the app is already the price of your zone. This is not the Stripe feature of the same name (which only converts the amount into your currency): it is a real discount, decided by AgentsRoom, and it stays on every renewal. No zone is discounted until AgentsRoom switches it on, so most visitors see the standard price.
Where to find it
Nowhere to click: the price shown on Settings > Account > Upgrade to Pro: {price}, in the upgrade dialog and on the site's Pricing page is the one for your location. There is no code to type and no country selector.
How to use it
- Open the pricing page or Settings > Account: the displayed price is yours.
- Subscribe as usual. The discount is applied by the server during checkout; there is nothing to enter.
- The discount is confirmed after payment against the country of the card. A card from another country removes the discount for future invoices only; a card whose country cannot be determined keeps it.

Providers
Not applicable: it concerns the AgentsRoom subscription, not the agent CLIs.
Mobile
Not applicable: the phone has no price and no checkout.
Limits
- The discount is a percentage of the current Pro price and is never shown as a separate coupon or promotion code; a code found online cannot reproduce it.
- Eligibility is decided by the country the request comes from at checkout and confirmed by the country of the payment card. Changing location with a VPN does not change what is billed.
- The regional price adds up with the beta programme credit and with referral rewards; it never replaces them.
- Which zones are active and at what percentage is not published; the pricing page shows the resulting price.
Common questions
- Why is the price on the site different from what a colleague sees? You are in different pricing zones. Each of you sees the price of your own country.
- Do I need a promo code? No. If your country is eligible, the price is already reduced everywhere it is displayed.
- Will I lose the discount when I renew? No, it stays for the life of the subscription, as long as the card's country matches.
- Can I pay in my own currency? Checkout is handled by Stripe, which may show the amount in your currency; the discount itself is a percentage, so it applies whatever the currency.
