AgentsRoom Is Now on Windows

AgentsRoom runs on Windows. You can download it today as a .exe installer, with native builds for both x64 and ARM64 machines. Same app, same features, same visual cockpit for your AI coding agents that Mac and Linux users already run every day.

This is the build that makes AgentsRoom fully cross-platform. Here is what you get, and the one Windows-specific detail worth knowing before you install.

macOS first, then Linux, now Windows

We shipped one platform at a time on purpose. macOS came first so we could pour everything into the hard parts, the parts that have nothing to do with which OS you run: persistent terminal sessions per agent, live status tracking across dozens of agents, end-to-end encrypted sync with the mobile app, and the MCP servers that let agents drive the IDE itself.

Then Linux landed, and the cockpit proved it travels. Windows was the last gap, and a large share of developers running CLI coding agents work on it every day, often on the same machine as their corporate tooling and their WSL setup. Leaving them out no longer made sense.

So Windows is here now, not "someday on the roadmap." Three platforms, one cockpit, the same end-to-end encrypted sync between all of them.

Full parity, not a stripped-down port

The Windows build is the same AgentsRoom, feature for feature:

• The multi-project, multi-agent cockpit, with every agent in its own real terminal and a live status dot.
• Dev terminals for your backend, frontend, bundler and database, launchable in one click.
• Native desktop notifications when an agent finishes or needs your input, wired into the Windows notification center, with a tray presence so you can step away and still know what is happening.
• Mobile sync over the same end-to-end encrypted relay, so you can monitor and steer your agents from your phone whether your desktop is a Mac, a Linux box or a Windows PC.
• The four MCP servers (Backlog, Terminal Commands, Prompt Library, Browser) that turn AgentsRoom into an agent-controllable IDE.

Everything runs locally. Your agents spawn as real CLI processes in your own project folders, exactly as they would in your terminal or inside WSL. No cloud relay for the code, no proxy, nothing leaves your disk.

Installing on Windows

Download the .exe from the download page and run it. We ship native builds for both x64 and ARM64, and the page detects your architecture so you get the right one by default.

One thing to expect: the installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen the first time you run it. This is the standard warning for any new publisher, not a sign that something is wrong. Click More info, then Run anyway, and the install proceeds normally. We walk you through it right on the download page.

You need a 64-bit version of Windows and at least one supported CLI installed (Claude, Codex, Antigravity CLI, OpenCode or Aider). That is the same single requirement as on macOS and Linux: AgentsRoom is the cockpit, your CLI of choice does the coding. Whether you run your agents in native Windows shells or inside WSL, they show up on the same board.

What this means

With Windows shipped, AgentsRoom is now a fully cross-platform desktop app. Wherever your team works, on a MacBook, a Linux workstation or a Windows laptop, everyone gets the same cockpit and the same mobile control, syncing over the same encrypted relay.
