AgentsRoom Quota Rules: synchronize a rule between two installations

Filmed in the real app on two independent installations using the same AgentsRoom account: save a rule that starts new agents on Codex when Claude reaches 99%, retrieve it on the second installation, then change the threshold to 90% and see the update on the first.
