AgentsRoom Backlog Task Board: add a QA column, drop a ticket, an AI coding agent starts
A real session, filmed in the app: on the task board, In Progress is the only column that starts an agent. Add column creates a QA column placed right after In Progress. A ticket dragged into In Progress starts an AI coding agent in its own terminal; it writes the function the ticket asks for and the change waits in the Changes panel for review. Another ticket dragged into QA simply waits there: no agent starts.

Add a QA column, drop a card, and an AI agent starts coding. This is AgentsRoom, the desktop app where your AI coding agents work side by side. Here is its task board.
Your tickets wait in TODO. In Progress is the only column that starts an agent. You can now add your own columns.
Click Add column, name it QA, and place it after In Progress. A custom column never starts anything. A ticket there simply waits until you move it.
Create column, and QA takes its place on the board, right after In Progress. Now drag a ticket into In Progress. The column says it: release to start the agent.
The ticket lands in In Progress, and its card shows the agent working on it , live. The agent opens in its own terminal, reads the code, and writes the function the ticket asks for. Seconds later it's done, and the change waits in the Changes panel for your review.
Back on the board, its card turns green. Now drag another ticket into QA. It just waits there.
No agent starts: only In Progress does that. Your own columns are in the Backlog Task Board of AgentsRoom, on desktop. The link is in the description.
