# Accessibility audit

On every UI change, check the following before finishing:

1. Interactive elements (`<div onClick>`) must be `<button>` or have `role`, `tabIndex`, `onKeyDown`.
2. Form inputs must have an associated `<label>` (or `aria-label`).
3. Modal / dialog: focus trap, restore focus on close, `aria-modal="true"`.
4. Color contrast: WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body, 3:1 for large text).
5. Images: meaningful `alt`, decorative ones get `alt=""`.
6. Keyboard nav: every action reachable without a mouse, visible focus ring.

When in doubt, suggest the fix; don't silently leave issues.
