AgentsRoom Obsidian Vault Sync: an AI coding agent reads your Obsidian notes and writes back to the vault
A real session, filmed in the app: Obsidian sync, in the project memory, links one folder of an Obsidian vault both ways. The two vault notes arrive in the memory with their descriptions and tags. An agent asked for a price helper checks the memory first and follows the pricing rule written in Obsidian. Asked to save what it learned, it adds a section to that note, which comes back to the vault folder as Markdown, links intact.

Your Obsidian notes, read by every AI coding agent you start. This is AgentsRoom, the desktop app where your AI coding agents work side by side. This shop keeps its pricing decisions in Obsidian.
Open the project memory, the notes every agent checks before it starts, and click Obsidian sync. Choose one folder of your vault. Here, the shop's notes.
Both ways: your notes come in, and what the agents learn goes back. Then, link this folder. The first sync runs right away.
It reads the files on disk, so there is no plugin, and Obsidian does not even need to be open . The two vault notes are now in the project memory, with their descriptions and tags. I start an agent and ask for a price helper on the checkout page.
It checks the memory first, and follows the rule from the vault: euros, two decimals, the sign after the amount. Then I ask it to save what it learned. It adds a section to that same note.
And here is the vault folder. The note is back as Markdown, links intact, with the section the agent wrote. Your notes stay in Obsidian, and Claude Code, Codex and every agent read them.
Obsidian Vault Sync is in AgentsRoom. The link is in the description.
