AgentsRoom personal assistant: give it a running coach with its own tab and instructions

A real session, filmed in the app: one click on New specialist in the assistant panel, a Running coach with its purpose and standing instructions written once. It gets its own tab next to the assistant, answers a 12 km run report the way it was told (short, three runs a week at most) and keeps its week plan in its own dossier of the assistant's private memory.
