# Plans and Pricing > AgentsRoom has four tiers: Free, Plus, Pro and Team. - Area: Account and plans - Plans: All plans - Last checked against the product: 2026-10-01 - Web page: https://agentsroom.dev/docs/plans-and-pricing ## What it does AgentsRoom has four tiers: **Free**, **Plus**, **Pro** and **Team**. Every feature ships on the Free plan; paid plans do not unlock hidden features, they lift the caps (more projects, more agents in parallel, more of the metered AI helpers). You bring your own AI coding CLI and its subscription: AgentsRoom is the command centre that runs them, so a plan never includes model tokens. - **Free**: the whole product with starter caps. No card, no trial clock. 2 projects, 6 agents in parallel, all 14 agent roles. - **Plus**: earned, never sold. A six-month renewable term you get by sharing AgentsRoom publicly (validated post) or by publishing a community agent that reaches 25 unique installs. 5 projects, 9 agents in parallel. It widens only the caps whose cost is nil; metered features stay at the Free level. - **Pro**: every cap lifted, cloud agent minutes included, unlimited extra CLI accounts, priority email support. Billed monthly or yearly. - **Team**: Pro for every seat, one invoice for the company, seat administration, unlimited project sharing and the shared team library. See [Team Plan](https://agentsroom.dev/docs/team-plan.md). Prices are shown on the pricing page of the site and in the app; they are not repeated here. Our earliest subscribers still pay the price they signed up at: an existing subscription is never repriced. Your plan is also visible to other members: every row of the community leaderboards in the chat carries a **Pro**, **Plus** or **Free** pill next to the name. ## Where to find it - Site: the **Pricing** page (`/pricing`) with the Free / Pro comparison table, and **Your account** (`/account`) for the subscription. - Desktop: **Settings > Account**. The card shows your plan ("Pro access", "Pro plan active" or "Pro until {date}"), **Upgrade to Pro: {price}**, **Manage subscription**, **Open the billing portal**, **Switch to yearly** / **Switch to monthly**. - Any cap you hit in the app opens the upgrade dialog on the row that stopped you, with **Compare plans in detail** to unfold the whole table. ## How to use it 1. Sign in (Settings > Account > **Sign in / Create account**). Anonymous use is possible, prompts and agents then stay on the machine. 2. Click **Upgrade to Pro: {price}**, pick **Monthly** or **Yearly**, and pay on the secure Stripe checkout. Pro is active as soon as the payment succeeds. 3. To change the billing period, cancel, update the card or download invoices: **Manage subscription** opens the Stripe portal. A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the paid period. There are three ways to become Pro: the checkout on the site, the same checkout opened from the desktop app, and, on an iPhone or iPad app version that carries it, an Apple subscription bought inside the app (Settings > **Account** > **AgentsRoom Pro**, then **Monthly** or **Yearly** and **Subscribe**). Whichever door you use, the plan is the same on every device signed into the account, but the subscription is then managed where it was bought: an App Store subscription is cancelled from the Settings app of the iPhone or iPad, never from the site, and the desktop and the site say so instead of showing a renewal date. To earn Plus instead: Settings > Account > **Share to unlock Plus** (see [Referral Programme](https://agentsroom.dev/docs/referral-program.md) for the separate friend-discount programme). Plus lasts six months; when it runs out, share again to renew it. ## Settings None. The plan is read from the signed-in account. ## Agent tools (MCP) None. ## Providers Every AI provider in the registry is available on every plan, Free included. There is no provider paywall. Extra CLI accounts per provider are a paid feature (see [Multiple Accounts](https://agentsroom.dev/docs/multi-account.md)): none on Free, 1 on Plus, no ceiling on Pro. ## Mobile The plan is the one of the signed-in account, and the phone still names no tier in its quota messages: they speak of "your account". On iPhone and iPad, an app version carrying in-app purchase adds one sales surface, the **AgentsRoom Pro** line of Settings > **Account** and the **See AgentsRoom Pro** link on a cap, where Pro is bought as an Apple subscription at the price the App Store reports. The Android app sells nothing; a plan taken elsewhere applies there normally. These are compiled constants, the same ones the app enforces: no back-office can widen them. A row whose three tiers end up identical is hidden from the comparison tables rather than printed. - Projects: 2 (Plus 5) / Unlimited. Parallel agents: 6 (Plus 9) / Unlimited. Extra CLI accounts per provider: None (Plus 1) / Unlimited. - No cap at all on parallel dev commands, the prompt library or the Todo list: they are local processes and stored text, they cost us nothing. Personal community agents: 3 (Plus 10) / 100. - Live previews: 1 / week / Unlimited. Cloud agents: None (Plus 150 min / mo) / 1,200 min / mo. - Public backlog triage: Developer default / AI-routed. Direct email support: Standard / Priority. - Metered AI helpers (dictation, Voice Mode, suggestions, commit messages, diagnostics, SQL, summaries, translations): see [AI Helpers Allowance](https://agentsroom.dev/docs/ai-helpers-allowance.md). - None of these caps has to stop you: with your own OpenAI API key attached, the metered helpers keep running on your key once the allowance is used up. - A Stripe cancellation that becomes final also ends a Plus term. ## Common questions - **Does Pro unlock features Free does not have?** No. Every feature is in the app on every plan; Pro lifts the caps. - **Is there a trial?** No trial clock: Free has no time limit and no card. - **Can I buy Plus?** No. Plus is only earned (public share or popular community agent) and lasts six months per grant. - **Will my price go up?** An active subscription keeps the price it was sold at. Settings > Account shows it above the billing portal button ("Your rate is locked in: {{paid}}", or "Your rate: {{paid}} instead of {{current}}" when today's price is higher). If you cancel, a new subscription is billed at the price of the day; while the cancellation is only scheduled, the card says "Keep your rate of {{paid}}" and reactivating from the billing portal keeps it. - **What happens to my projects if I go back to Free?** Nothing is deleted; projects above the cap show "Unlock this project" until you reopen them under a higher plan or close others. - **Where do I cancel my subscription?** Where you took it. Bought on the site or from the desktop app: **Manage subscription** opens the billing portal. Bought inside the iPhone or iPad app: the Settings app of the device, on Apple's subscriptions screen. A team seat ends when the team administrator removes it. - **I bought a new plan while the previous subscription was still active.
