## What it does

Credits the people whose reports turned into shipped work. Two mechanisms exist today. First, a commit made from a user-reported ticket carries "(reported by Name)" in its subject, and the public changelog keeps and thanks those commits. Second, the **Feedback & bugs** leaderboard in the chat ranks reporters by the number of their tickets that shipped (a ticket marked Done and not Won't fix), with the number submitted as a tie-breaker. There are no badge tiers or perks for reporters yet: that part is a design note, not a shipped feature.

## Where to find it

- **Community** in the top bar (called **Chat** before 1.184.0), then the **Leaderboard** shortcut at the bottom of the conversation list ("What the community launches, builds and shares"), tile **Feedback & bugs** ("Feedback & bugs shipped"), one of the eight tiles of the board switcher. The card above the rows, **Your rank on this board**, shows your rank "of N" and your count; the top three stand on a podium, the other rows follow, and when you rank below the loaded rows your own row is pinned at the bottom with what is left to pass the next person. The shortcut itself reads "You're #N on the board" with your best rank. Since 1.182.0 every row also carries the member's plan pill (**Pro**, **Plus** or **Free**), and clicking another member's row opens a private conversation when you both allow contact (see [Contact Between Members](https://agentsroom.dev/docs/community-member-contact.md)).
- Settings > Privacy & data > **Community leaderboards**: the opt-out.
- Backlog > **Public backlog** settings > **Contributors**: **Credit reporters in commits**, per board.

## How to use it

1. Report bugs and ideas through a product's public backlog, its widget, the Chrome extension or the support chat, with the email of your AgentsRoom account.
2. When the team ships one, it counts as delivered and your row moves up on **Feedback & bugs**. Each row reads "N shipped" and "N submitted"; the button at the bottom of the board, **Open the public backlog**, is the way to climb it.
3. To be credited by name, set a public username (the leaderboard offers **Set a username**); without one you appear masked. The pseudonym also replaces your real name on the board owner's tickets, in the changelog credit and in chat.

As a board owner, leave **Credit reporters in commits** on so your agents add "(reported by Name)" to the commits of user-reported tickets, or turn it off for a board where you do not want it.

## Settings

- Settings > Privacy & data > Community leaderboards > **Appear on the leaderboards**: off removes you from every board (all eight, Providers and Models included) and hides the whole Leaderboard from you. The setting help says "every board" without listing them (since 1.185.0).
- Settings > Privacy & data > Community leaderboards > **Show my activity (execution time)**: separate opt-in for the Activity board, unrelated to reporting.
- Share Backlog > Contributors > **Credit reporters in commits**: per public backlog, on by default.

## Agent tools (MCP)

None. The credit is written by the agent that executes the ticket: its prompt carries a "Reported by a user" block asking for the commit credit when the board allows it.

## Providers

All providers, no difference.

## Mobile

The Feedback & bugs leaderboard is not on the mobile companion. The commit credit is produced wherever the ticket runs, including a task started from the phone.

## Limits

- Reporters are matched by email: a report sent with an address other than your account's is not counted for you.
- Only the first name (or pseudonym) is written into commits, by design.
- Ranking counts shipped tickets only; won't-fix tickets and open tickets do not count, though submissions are shown as a secondary number.
- No badge tiers, rewards or Plus grant for reporters exist yet.

## Common questions

- **How do I get on the Feedback & bugs board?** Report through a public backlog with your account's email; you appear once at least one of your tickets ships.
- **Why do I show up as Anonymous?** No public username is set; add one from the leaderboard or your account.
- **Can I disappear from the boards?** Yes, Settings > Privacy & data > Appear on the leaderboards, off. You can rejoin anytime.
- **Do reporters get badges like agent creators?** Not yet. Agent creators have bronze, silver and gold badges; reporters have the ranking and the commit credit.
